Why can I see only 50 emails?
The free version shows the total found and unlocks the first 50 of every extraction. Plus raises that to 1,000; Pro and Lifetime have no limit.

How do I restore a purchase?
Open Mailscoop › Account menu › Restore purchases, or use the button in the upgrade screen.

How do I cancel my subscription?
System Settings › your name › Media & Purchases › Subscriptions. You can also do it from your profile in the App Store.

A PDF returns no emails.
If it's a scan, make sure OCR is on in Mailscoop › Settings. Password-protected PDFs can't be read.

Are my files sent anywhere?
No. Mailscoop works only on your Mac and has no servers. See the privacy policy.
